Hunter is flat out lying. Describing the system as a hard cap.

      This is what Kessler wanted:

"Jeffrey Kessler and David Boies, who worked with the NFLPA, will lead the players' antitrust litigation against NBA."

Also Fisher said it was unanimous but I doubt that. Duhon and Blake were already yes votes.

Not yet. Players are hoping that Stern blinks and makes one last offer....that probably wont happen.

I say its a 10% chance that happens.

I think people are optimistic saying see you in 2012.

            See ya'll in 2013.

When did the players get a chance to vote though?

              WHEN?

Summer 2012. Players will be broke and begging the league to lift the lockout. My prediction 48% and a flex cap.

I was only kidding when I said opening day'll be Christmas of 2012. I guess Kobe doesn't have nearly as much juice as I thought he did. I really thought Kobe could get this thing done.
As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. And I must be Olowokandi. Nooooo!"

According to the union, they voted through their reps.

Lets see if these owners flinch and offer one last time

on a very low secondary scale at least College Basketball should be great since no one is leaving early

I'm still absolutely shocked about this entire situation

I mean you knew there was a possibility of having no season back in July and August.....but man i though they would come to their senses and work together to get this thing resolved by Oct 1st

Now as i sit here over a month later and there is no season i want someone to blame anyone to blame but i realize it's not just one person's fault

                          It's the entire leagues's fault......

You want to continue to love the game as a fan....but then how can you love a game when the players and owners are saying who cares about the the fan we are only concerned about "US"

a 50/50 deal and that's not good enough.....

Kobe can't do this alone I told you the union heads had an agenda

Kessler is by far the best indication that this was what they wanted from the start if they couldnt have it their way

So they aren't technically decertifiying, just disclaiming of interest?

I think the players are insane. Good luck trying to argue that the owners weren't bargaining in good faith.
