Re: The Wizards Organisation Is Making Me Sick

Some of you guys sound ridiculous!! Zeek, Magic, Bird, Wilt not being a factor??? Man please, guys in the league maybe more ATHLETIC, but they certainly were not MORE TALENTED. Why??? Because unlike these kids today, Bird, Magic, and Zeek STAYED IN SCHOOL!!!!! They had great fundamentals, something that's been missing from the NBA for years.

Another thing. Lattner only has two more years left on his deal for 5 and 6 mil, and then that's it. Remember Jordan traded for Lattner, to get rid of Juwan Howard. Also another thing you must take note on. He was only really GM for 2 years. He didn't do anything in his 3rd year because he got fired!! How do you let someone fix there mistakes if you fire them??? Jordan was just beginning to understand what the team needed. And you think Jordan is a bad GM?? Who the hell paid Arenas 8-12 mill over the 6 years??? And gives Stackhouse an extension??? LMAO. Stack is a cancer, and they should not of extended his contract.

He had every right to rip into that team. Because they were to be in the freakin playoffs, not because he wanted to, but because that's where they were suppose to be. It's a load of crap that they failed so horribly. He assembled them to win, and they underachieved. On paper they were a playoff team!!!!!! Wouldn't you be piss if you brought guys to play and your 40 busting your butt, while their all just standing still looking at you??? I swear, some of you guys have the worst judgement of the Wiz situation.

KWAME IS A PUSS!! And shouldn't be in this league. Stack is a cancer and shouldn't be on this team. Jordan, Oakman and, Collins should of cracked the whip one more time on Kwame. He had no right to curse out anyone when plays like s**t everytime he's on the court. When you have 6 rings, and 5 mvp's, you think you could get a little respect.

Second, Russell was C/F, and didn't always played Center. KG is skinny?? Does he not dominate??? And Wilt was not skinny, and far from it. Wilt would have a tough time with Shaq, just like anyone else would. But the question is, could Shaq stop Wilt?? Cause he damn sure couldn't stop Duncan.

Re: The Wizards Organisation Is Making Me Sick

                  Shaq couldn't stop Olajuwon.

Magic Bird Kareem Wilt Russell James Worthy Isaiah D. Rodman Vinny Johnson Kevin McHale would whup on any team in this league in their primes.

You lose credibility saying hall of famers, and many of them who assembled into the greatest dream team ever couldn't make much of an impact today. The athleticism doens't matter as much when you can't play a lick... (see Darius Miles)

The truth is, the league had better players in it years ago from man 1-13. Guys like Mark Madsen would never be in the league in the 80's. He's not a hustle man either, A.C. Green and Kurt Rambis were Hustle men, Madsen is a joke plus one.

If that 2000 Lakers team is the best they had, then there is no way they would've survived Magic's Lakers. Not even now would they win in that kind of match-up.

Admit it that there are too many players in the L now that don't even have solid fundamentals, and have no clue about why Tim Duncan is praised for such, but they instead call him boring.

Nba players need to play for wins not just for paychecks..it was sad watching Jordan try his hardest while the other players played with no heart..lets see the wizards sell out crowds without jordan

Nba seems like it is changing a bit..and about Kwame Brown, he has to be the worst #1 pick of all.. Nba players need to play for wins not just for paychecks..it was sad watching Jordan try his hardest while the other players played with no heart..lets see the wizards sell out crowds without jordan

I lose credibility from who, I could care less.......... out of Magic Bird Kareem Wilt Russell James Worthy Isaiah D. Rodman Vinny Johnson Kevin McHale(can't believe you included Dennis Rodman), I don't think anyone of these guys would be as effective as they once were, and I think Kareem would be a scrub and Russell would be Ben Wallace(who won't be a hall of famer)

Shaq couldn't stop Olajuwon. First off Olajuwon was a much better center than Wilt in my opinion, and secondly, Shaq wasn't the a Behometh yet when he was facing off against Olajuwon. Darius Miles does have athletism, but he has nothing else, is that the best example you could find, someone who obviously isn't any good. 2001 Lakers would smash any team in the history of the NBA IMHO. I call Duncan boring, but I also say he's the best player in the NBA. I also agree that too many people in the league today aren't very good(just like back then), but I also believe that the superstars of yesterday aren't better basketball players than the superstars of today. And I include Jordan as a superstar of today....any dispute he's the best player ever?

As of now, with all his fundamentals, Tim Duncan is the best player in the NBA, but a motivated, younger, in shape Shaq, with limited fundamentals, is a better Player.....It takes both fundamentals and athletism, but guess what.........you can work on fundamentals.
