I question Eddy Curry's thigh tattoo, but otherwise he looks great. I think Spoelstra said they were taking it slow with him.

What the **** is the league coming to? 1 trade cancelled because it would be "unfair" for a guy to a team that isn't struggling and another trade down because the league was asking for half of the team! **** YOU DAVID STERN! The lakers trade was completely legit and they shot it down and then they test to see how stupid the Clippers are and see if they would actually give up our all star center and a huge part of the team in Eric Gordon + a potential lotto pick? **** this league.

It's everything that's trade-able. They won't trade Blake or DeAndre Jordan, and there's really no other guys on the team with much potential, outside of Willie Warren.

Shane's upper body compared to his skinny legs. Lol

Just sign Chancey, Riley, and be done with it.

I know we shouldn't expect anything from Curry, but I'm 100% intrigued about where this guy is at.

So I hope the Clips enjoy making Sportscenter's Top 10 plays every night because that's all they'll ever be.
But come on now man there is no way you give up a 23 year 20 plus a night scorer, an unprotected draft pick from the team that had the worst record in the league last year, your starting center(who has made an all star team), and two second year players you just spent 1st round picks on for one player who might not even be with you after the end of the season. That would be one of the dumbest moves in history if Paul doesn't commit long term before making the move.

If he's starting, I would think 10 and 5-7 rebs isn't out of the question. I'd imagine they'd work him down low when Bosh is out of the game.

I would that way it will teach these guys to just shut up and play ball....

it's equal value they get what they wanted to leave their current teams right?

When i listen to D.Rose i'm so impressed by that guy's demeanor....i may not be the biggest Stern fan but IMO he should say the hell with it keep both guys prisoners let them play out their contract and if they walk for nothing so be it.

At some point you have to take a stand with these guys trying to dictate where they play ball at and who they play with....

Your aren't back in the neighborhood where get to pick your best five players to run with.....

Let them mope around all year and then in the Summer they are free to sign where they want to go. But i believe Dwight will still play hard regardless if he's trapped in Orlando another year.

                      Seriously?

I've never been a fan of CP3 but come on.

LAC & GSW both threw $10M/yr at DeAndre Freaking Jordan but they don't wanna part with undersized SGs for Chris Paul?

This is stupid. Seriously stupid at this point.

And Dwight? Don't even get me started.
yeah but who's to say if things for CP3 doesn't work out in LA or Golden St that he won't pull this same crap?

The Clippers give up Gordon and he goes on to be a All-Star player.....Butler doesn't quite back it back all the way and Jordan doesn't pan out

The Clippers hover around .500 ball....will Paul want out again?

Idk, Play, teams should definitely not just let their franchise players play a lame duck year and then leave for nothing. I fully understand where you and others are coming from though. It's just the nature of it.

Like I said a while back, it's not as if CP3, Howard, Melo didn't give their hearts and souls to their franchises and cities since day 1. I mean seriously. All three of them were class, stand up professionals. All the way up until the last year of their deals when they knew things had run its course. They had a long run together, all three of them with their respective teams. Nobody can say they all didn't try 100% to make it work with what they had.

                        That's all I'm saying.

Did you hear CP3 or sources claim that CP3 would not sign long-term? No.

Sterling's gonna have 2 Centers making $22M this year alone...one of them coming off the bench? Is that Stern's fault too?

Bledsoe and Aminu? Not even worth discussing.

I'm glad when the Knicks got Melo they finally came to their senses and said that they'd part with Timofey Mozgov. If something that stupid stopped the deal...I'd be mad with my own front office not someone else.

you don't have agree with man....

if you feel the players should be able to get what they want at anytime regardless of being under contract then so be it

I believe at some point the league needs to make a stand and stop all this b.s. with players dictating where they go and who they play with even if they are already under contract.

This is why i enjoyed basketball in the 90's so much better than today players
