Re: Official POST-LOCKOUT Player Movement Thread (Trades, FAs, etc)
According to Marc Stein, the Nets have "quietly indicated that they plan to take Arenas on if they're able to complete the trade for Howard that the Magic keep resisting". But if the Magic continue to resist, as expected, Arenas is likely to move on. He'd like to get signed by a contender, the Lakers, Heat or Knicks, even after the Knicks' decision Sunday to sign another amnestied All-Star, Baron Davis. Stein notes, the bargain basement price of signing both may be too hard to pass up#RespectTheCulture -

How th heck would having Bibby, Baron, and Arenas on the Knicks help them?? If you could frankenstein all three of them together you might have something. Otherwise you're talking about five roster spots on PGs alone ...Favorite Sports Teams

I'm assuming the notion of Gil to NY was before Baron agreed with them.
Seems like Gil will end up either with LA or Miami.. hopefully LA.
Sad that I want him hereComment

I still hold out hope that I'll see the old Agent Zero. I know in my heart it's over, but the league was a lot of fun when he was good.Originally posted by J. For those that missed it, Commercial Appeal reporting Darrell Arthur might be out for the season.
Huge blow to the griz hopes, we have no depth. Might have to look into signing KardashEricmaynor3.com
