Fisher is a perfect fit though. Everyone wants Russ to just give the ball to Durant and get out of the way. Fisher has perfected that move.

People want Russ to use the brain he has, not just give it up and move out of the way

The guy just has moments of brain blackout in the most important times

Honestly if OKC gets bounced ugly this year I hope they at least consider other coaching options. Not that I particularly think there's a solid answer in who is currently available.

Of my top 3 coaches to get fired, Brooks definitely is the last of that bunch but im not sure he can take them over the top

I dont know who's all out there though, and they still need some post play

He was hitting shots in New Jersey too.

Well he strained his lower back play against Minnesota on January 28th .

Sucks cause this guy really stretched the defense out.

Dag Mehmet was a legit threat in Utah....

I miss that Utah team, was great watching them play.....never got a legit center to get over the Laker hump...

                        Yeah they were tough

I hated how they gave the Rockets the blues at that time

                        Mehmet absolutely destroyed Yao

                          LOL

Yao couldn't move his roots to go defend the shots

That's my problem with Brooks. I don't think he can take them over the top. Team wins because they have talent no more than that. Might just be me but I never sit back and say wow great schemes or execution.

But he's not at the top of fireable coaches. VDN is first second and third.

Might even be in LACs best interest before the season ends in order to grab the available coach they want before others do. It's late but it's not like they'd be trying to replace Pop or something.

Naw, VDN took the 4th and 5th spots too seeing D'Antoni is fired.

I'd probably put Mike Brown in second

Then Mchale in third, or the Don Nelson, or Mark Jackson in third
