Re: NBA Off Topic
Flipped on the Nets game for a few to see if these idiots could do the Knicks a favor and beat Boston. Just in time for the nightly "fun fact"....
On this date in 1990 Chris Dudley shot 1-18 from the FT line including missing his first 13.

Hey guys...TMagic here...
Been reading Malcolm Gladwell's "Outliers" and if you want to increase your son or future son's chance of making it to the league, then you should try to have him be born earlier in the year like January, February, or March. There appears to be a correlation between time of year born and players playing at the professional level.
That is all.Comment

Note that as height and athleticism goes up, the correlation diminishes. But if you look at guys that arent giants or the most athletic, the majority are born in the earliest months and its a really strong correlation.
Maybe you should pass this info on to the Bobcats. Looking through the roster, you only have 2 players on the entire team that are born early, which might explain this season.
Coincidence? I think not.Last edited by TMagic; 04-15-2012, 06:12 PM.Comment
