ESPN used in any argument makes that argument invalid

The hero shots are what gets a label attached to a player, but its not really a sound evaluation of what truly makes a player clutch.
Shaq and Timmy had some ridiculous numbers in the Finals man

Figured I'd get this generic answer.

I was just wondering....I'll have to go back and watch the tapes....I wasn't using it as an argument...I agree Jordan had better Finals, just not that one.

Let's not act like ESPN doesn't have a mold of Jordan's sack in the middle of their office though...

No. They won in 5. Jordan didn't have time to play around.

Jordan didn't get awarded free throws every four seconds either.

That would make sense except there's only two active players who have made more game-winning shots than Dirk.

I can literally see it coming everytime...lol. While we're ignoring things, I guess we can ignore the 2 series before the Finals too....were he clearly hit big buckets.
I personally remember the two big threes LeBron hit in that Celtics Game 5, as well as the fact that he scored like the last 10 points in that 3 minutes span.

I also remember watching him drop buzzer beaters and game-winning shots in Cleveland, but I guess no one wants to relive those days huh?

Since we're on the whole clutch topic, I found this interesting, from a website called chasing23.com:

I know it doesn't make up for LeBron's missed FTs (Even though he's never been a great FT shooter). But this is still interesting. Also shows that he has been clutch in the earlier part of his career, he's just struggling w/ it now. He hasn't failed his entire career. Ok, carry on.

Michael Jordan versus Phoenix might have been one of tweet most dominating finals performances ever.

His series against the Lakers where he posted 31.2 on 56% shooting from the field, 11.4 assists, 6.6 rebounds, 2.8 steals and 1.4 blocks...
