The only thing is, that if the whole image around the league is that of it being rigged, why not show the lottery process in front of people. That would eliminate much of the doubt. Its not that hard. And why isn't Stern there at the draft lottery?

There are just too many questions that are being asked over this.
          This.

Why not just do exactly like how they do the normal lottery? No hands touching any of the balls (pause) and it's all out in the open.

Either way congrats to the Hornets.

So what I'm getting from this thread is that when the BK Nets are horrible next year and Gerald Wallace and Deron possibly leave then they have the worst record and with their 250/1000 chances land the #1 pick its rigged because D Will left???

Ok i'm done with celebrating the 1st pick. I'm very happy with Anthony Davis, he'll fit in well with the current team imo. MKG too if we somehow went into a different direction.

Moving on to the 10th, eyeing that Liliard(sp?) PG guy or Kendall Marshall. Austin Rivers could work too for scoring off the bench similar to a James Harden/Manu

Considering the "circumstances" in the last 3 Draft Lotteries, is it really crazy to say yeah?

This is the same league that had Corrupt Refs calling it's games so it's not out of the realm of possibility to say that there's something funny about the whole process.

Mark this down my friend...if Williams leaves and they don't get Howard, the Nets WILL get the number one next year.

The only person the Nets(Fans)are mad at is Billy King.

Well they'll have a good chance... because their team will probably be really bad. I don't think that is going out on a limb.
