He's made one shot lol and he's getting toasted defensively, abused on the boards, and racking up fouls.

The thing I'm noticing though 23?

They're only doing it to Durant.

                ^^Shameful.

People would laugh at Zo for getting banged on but imagine him falling back like a little you know what.

If John Thompson ever coached in the NBA he'd cut a guy on the spot for doing that.

That first half was fast, frantic, and physical. Tailor made for Russell Westbrook.

I hope the guy fails miserably in this series, but I love watching him play.
                  Good job! Good effort!

Three keys to OKC in 2nd half (micro-observations):

1.) Durnat must get the ball in his hands more. He's got to find a way to get to the ballhandler. Refs are letting Durant get mugged by Heat when he tries to catch the pass.

2.) OKC must STOP double teaming Lebron to leave others open for WIDE OPEN 3's.

                    3.) Westbrook must stay hot.

Yup. Props to Miami for erasing the 17 point lead and props to OKC for still going in to the half with a lead. This is what the Finals are supposed to be about.

That is true... I notice it too its just the fact that they use it as a crutch for playing defense

Thats what you call being dependant on the refs to stop some plays for you, and I dont like it. What Ibaka did to Wade is how you stop a dude from coming to the hole, not trying to take out his legs and make him bust his head on the floor

This is where people having beef with the refs will show up even moreso. It was damn near Wrestlemania in that first quarter with the stuff not being called. Moving forward in this game after establishing that kind of game with their calls it's more than likely about to be a whistle fest for any little bit of contact up until about five minutes left in the fourth and then it'll alternate from play to play whether some contact is allowed or not.

Great first half of Basketball. This Finals are so good. The only thing missing is the hard fouls. OKC needs to let Lebron know that there're men down the rim, they need to make him think twice about driving in. It's too easy for him.

Eh, as a guy that grew up playing basketball at about 5'9" and 140 pounds, I have respect for guys that are willing to step in and take charges on guys they have no chance blocking.
