Great opening quarter by both teams, Heat with the slight edge due to some clutch jump shooting from Battier, Chalmers, etc.

No, he actually isn't. Athletic point guards/combo guards are a dime a dozen (Steve Francis, Derrick Rose,John Wall, etc) . I don't see many 6'10"-6'11" small forward scoring machines in the NBA.

I like how the refs are letting them play. The only bad call so far was the jump ball. Lebron on offense looks like he has the jitters. Everything is being left short.

I think that's why the NBA is looking into changing it to the FIBA rule in those scenarios.

i felt like both teams played a good first quarter. the heat did shoot the lights out. you can already see that OKC can defend the paint a lot better than boston. it doesnt look like Miami can just control the paint in the 4th qtr like they did against boston.
