With all the working out these two did together in the offseason,it's kinda fitting to see Durant vs. Lebron in the finals.

With that being said Heat in 6,hopefully!

Except that it makes almost any team without the homecourt advantage in the Finals have to win 2 road games.

In the last 10 years, the Finals is 7-3 in favor of the team with home-court advantage. With Detroit, Miami, and Dallas being the only teams to win without.

                      Miami in 5.

This makes up for not getting us Kobe/Lebron the last 2 years.

What? SOMEBODY had to say it.

We all have predictions, let's talk strategy. How do these teams match up?

I'm guessing the Heat switch out Haslem for Bosh at center.

I think you gotta keep Battier and Bosh in the starting line up to make OKC's bigs get out of the paint.

This is how I would match up on D.

                            Westbrook - Chalmers
                            Thabo - Wade
                            Durant- Battier
                            Ibaka - Lebron
                            Perk - Bosh

What do you guys think? Would you put Lebron on Durant right off the bat?
                            Good job! Good effort!

On defense I'd go with this:

                              Westbrook-Rio
                              Thabo/Harden-Wade
                              Durant-LeBron
                              Ibaka-Battier
                              Perkins-Haslem

LeBron has to shut down KD, if he can do that, which I think he can, the Heat will have this won. Mainly the physicality of LeBron on KD. Jackson, Marion, and Metta all gave Durant problems this postseason and LeBron is probably better than all 3 of them on defense.

The great thing about this Heat team though is that we have 3 top 5 defenders who can guard OKC's scoring trio. Battier can play Durant if needed, Wade can as well. LeBron can guard 1-5 so that's not really a problem.

They need to stay aggressive and get Ibaka and Perkins in foul trouble. Like I said before, rough these 3 guys up a little, they seem to fold a little when they're played physical.
