Knicks have a good center rotation. Still need someone to backup Amar'e and a perimeter defender.

    Urban Meyer is lol.

He couldn't go to MIA because they had no assets to send to HOU.

Don't know about the $$$ yet.

But a Chandler/Camby rotation at Center is crazy.

        Yes!!!

Now the defense won't go to **** every time Chandler comes out.

Hopefully JR resigns, and we can pick up another sg, and that's a solid offseason.

If they can sign Jared Jeffries on the cheap and bring in a Randy Foye or bring back JR Smith...I'd be pumped. Solid depth at every position.

          PG- Lin/Kidd
          SG- Shumpert/JR(Foye)
          SF- Melo/Novak
          PF- Amare/Jeffries
          C- Chandler/Camby

Camby has agreed to a three year, $13.2 million deal with the Knicks, source tells Y! The final year includes a partial guarantee.

It's good, just needs a perimeter defender. I don't classify Jeffries as a great perimeter defender. Or Shump. Or JR. Or Foye. Or Kidd. Or Linn. Or Melo.

So they are that away from being a solid contender. Could probably get one late in the draft/UFA

Many would disagree with you. Both are above average and Shumpert is on the verge of being a great perimeter defender.

Shump was one of the league leaders in steals and that was from one-on-one rips...not deflections.

Well with camby gone, maybe the heat can make a move for Kaman....

Kaman isn't going to the Heat, he's still gonna want some $$ I believe.

Yeah, no way Kaman goes for the minimum...but if the Heat can get Allen, Lewis and a bargain big, they can call it a successful offseason...

Meanwhile, hopefully the Spurs get a decent return on Dejuan Blair...

You don't classify Shump as a great perimeter defender? You must have a very short list.

Steals does not a great perimeter defender make.

What will it take for NO to keep Kaman? And can we do it? I like him and I'd hate to see him leave. Especially if EG can stay happy-ish....?

What are y'all doing anyway 24th? Feels like I've seen every team in the league's name about SOMETHING this offseason so far since the draft BUT the Spurs. Y'all more quiet than we have been here.
