Re: NBA Movement Central 2012 (Updates 1st PG)

    I mean like

Shard and Ray played for the Sonics, who now play for the Heat who took out OKC

OKC whom is the team that was stolen from them and went to the finals

For a Seattle fan watching a finals like that and trying to find someone who to root for is like

He's not expected to be the 2nd option, just a complimentary piece. I can almost see him being much more of a player than Mike Miller was this past year
Miller was who I thought of too. I don't think he can be what Miller was supposed to be (or what Miller was in game 5), but he should be better what Miller actually was. He's not as good of a passer as Miller but he's longer and healthier. His 3 isn't as pure but neither was Miller's most of his time on the Heat. He can also play some 4 when needed which will be big for the Heat. Plus if he's not motivated now then he doesn't belong in the league anymore. It's a big signing. Maybe as big as signing Ray.

Sixers adding even more forwards. Pick up Dorell Wright from the Warriors.

Looking at his stats, it seems like the only thing he does well is shoot free throws.

I guess you could argue though that last season was just an anomaly. His other years have been pretty good.
He hasn't been worth jack since what? 2009?

But hey, if he can bring more than what Juwan Howard, Eddy Curry, Dexter Pittman and Ronny Turiaf....then that's win regardless because neither of them brought anything to the team.

That is a horrible comparison LOL.

I hope not. Especially considering he put up 13 and 5 post all star break on 48% shooting.

Yeah, I didn't think about him playing PF. Thats good then. I've been hearing rumors about Spo having LeBron play PF next year, which I think is a horrible idea. So if they can get more players that can play PF instead, then more power to them.

Lou isn't really a point guard, he is a scorer so I don't know if it affects Teague that much.

Good move by the Sixers picking up a guy that can shoot.

I really like my Spurs bringing back Duncan, Green, Mills and Diaw. Bringing over De Colo from France also is an interesting move which makes Gary Neal even more expendable.

Only thing I'd like them to still do is trade Bonner, Blair and Neal for a 2nd round pick/cash and athletic backup 4 (possibly Amir Johnson or Anthony Randolph). Then pick up a developmental big (JaMychal Green and/or Henry Sims).

                      Keeping my fingers crossed.....................

Doesn't really seem that difficult of a choice to me.

Miami is playing with fire not addressing the Center position.

Looks like Bosh will man the 5-spot again this year. If he goes down...teams have a fighting chance.

There were points during the Heat/Pacers series that MIA had no answer for Roy Hibbert.

If teams can stay home on the MIA shooters they may be able to knock off the champs.

And let Lebron and Wade have a 1 on 1 iso? With Bosh at the 5 spreading the floor so the opposing Center can't play effective help defense?

That's not something I would count on working very often....

Free agents are still out there right?

What can Miami do with the lack of bigs out there anyway?

                                I agree.

But there will be teams that let LBJ get his. LeBron is too good of a passer for teams to constantly double team him.

Teams will adjust. Not every team is going to do what the Thunder did.

@KDRE...I don't know what MIA's salary situation is but it has to be bleak. Any Center that they bring in won't contribute anything for them.

But how long do they think they can win with Bosh playing the 5?
