Dallas is cautious about chasing Goran Dragic with a big offer, league source tells Y! Mavs aren't as high on him as Rockets, Suns, others.
HoopsHype @hoopshype
Agent Tolga Tugsavul tells HoopsHype his client Ersan Ilyasova is seriously considering accepting "a big offer" ...

Marc J. Spears @SpearsNBAYahoo

Marc Stein @ESPNSteinLine
Mavs' PG priorities from here, sources say, are Nash and Jeremy Lin and re-signing J-Kidd. Team has not yet decided if it'll pursue Dragic

As @fisolaNYDN rightly notes, Mavs/Knicks looking for 2 of 3 from same list: Nash, Lin & Kidd. Mavs also want to bring Delonte West backLast edited by Weeks; 07-03-2012, 07:30 PM.Chicago Bulls

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012
So if Lee ends up on the Bulls then this is last year's deal of Asik for Lee. But if Asik goes to H-Town and Bulls get nothing then it's Chicago management at their best again.
I always liked Asik but a big man in the association always gets overpaid. And the Bulls already had a center. You move while you can.Comment

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012
He was IMO the best perimeter defender on the team. He'd fit in so well with Chicago I don't see how it doesn't happen. I wish him the best, the Rockets are hopefully going the youth and rebuilding option finally.Comment

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012
Yeah he's a pretty good scorer, he's definitely not a liability on offense and since he became the starter he proved at times he could drive some.

Kind of ironic now.

Dallas is considering this too: Take a step back, clear cap space for the summer of 2013 and chase free agents Dwight Howard and Chris Paul.Chicago Bulls

*gasp* The Spurs made a report!
When Rashard Lewis clears waivers, he'll likely be looking to sign with one of five teams, according to the New York Post's Marc Berman. Berman names the Knicks, Heat, Spurs, Hawks, and Lakers as the clubs on Lewis' "short list."
Despite being released by the Hornets, Lewis will still earn nearly $14MM in guaranteed salary from New Orleans, so he isn't expected to be seeking another big payday this summer. According to Berman, Lewis has interest in the $3.09MM mini mid-level exception, and could potentially be persuaded to sign for the veteran's minimum for the right opportunity with a title contender.
Yesterday we heard that Lewis' agent Tony Dutt has had multiple conversations with the Heat. If Lewis is seeking a chance at a championship, Miami figures to be the favorite over New York, as Berman points out in his article.Comment

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012
I think the biggest issue would be how much would we have to offer for Lopez? He seems like an ideal frontcourt mate with Davis. You looking at the Chair MAN!
