That sounds an awful lot like a certain number 8.

Exactly. Or jacking up 45 shots to score 40 points.

T Mac aint shooting 50%....actually Kobe is shooting about 4 percent higher. So Im back to my statement, T Mac gets criticized for not shooting enough and shooting too much....Kobe does to. Live with it.

You missed the point. Kobe shot wayy too much last year when either ( A. Shaq was out of the line-up, or B. He was on a 40 point streak). He's playing awesome this year because he's basically forced to become a roleplayer. Playing like this for the whole year will certainly benefit Kobe in the long run.

Back to TMac. He's not a great vocal leader yet... but what 24 year old is ?

A possible legend - status talent, and very, very young. We'll see. 15 games or one bad season doesn't make or break someone's career.

Slips, the ultimate Laker Defender, is at it agaaaainnnnnnnn!

anyways, John Thompson is really looking for an NBA job. everybody knows that guys come on and do studio work or become color analyst just to score some brownie points with GMs around the league. because they figure to sound smarter than the average bear. Thompson is past his prime. plus his style is for college.

as for T-Mac...all i know is that one man can't do it alone. everybody needs help. and about this quality points deal, Thompson might had gotten that right....for this year. of course he's not putting up quality points when they only won 1 game this year so far.

and for Kobe...i love his game...i think he's seriously great...i would love him here back in Philly where he belongs...but as for him leading a team...i question it. maybe the day will come when we see it...and maybe he will need a Pippem-like teammate to compliment him....but i just question from what i've seen so far from him.
