Some great acting by Stevenson there. I really thought Perkins ran him over

No I'm being serious. While I don't think in the next 2 years he will by year 3-4 he will.He gets to sit behind Derrick Rose. And with him just winning a championship and coach Tom Thibodeau coaching him he will already have the winning attitude.I think he has to be given the opportunity down the road with another team.Just like what happened to Darren Collinson or how Eric Bledsoe is doing now.Teams are calling for Bledsoe to be there starter people think he has a lot of potential I think the same will happen for Marquis. And Teague is only 19 I think he will be a pretty good PG.

Yeah I think Marquis will end up in the same situation as Jeff was, an injury to another player will show his true potential, and it'll be over Kirk, just as it was with Jeff, Marquis is gonna start a game this season, and I won't be surprised to seem him show some of those same characteristics that Jeff has.

            I don't see it.

His talent is just not visible.

You could tell Jeff was a stud when he was at Wake Forest. He was a supreme athlete and you could tell. All he had to do was get some playing time and adjust to the speed the NBA plays at.

Same with Bledsoe when he was at Kentucky (Except he was overshadowed by Wall who was an even better athlete. Not to mention taller).

I don't see that with Marquis. Maybe when he expands his range because he can't shoot a lick.

I respect your opinion. But let me tell you i haven't missed a Kentucky game in the past 6 years (im only 19).Teague has the athleticism. He has a 6'7 wingspan. And he has a 40.5 vertical. To put that in retrospect.Westbrook had a 38.5 vertical and Derrick Rose had a 40 vertical flat.He has game but when you commit to Kentucky John Calipari makes you fit his system and not the other way around.Teague was one a tight leach just like any of our other PG's our because its no time for "growing pains". We only have less than a year with a lot those guys then its 1 and done.Teague is pretty damn good not saying he will be elite but he will be damn good trust me.

I'm a Bulls fan, and Teague looked awful in the summer league. I think a lot of that came from not having much confidence in his game. He's still a teenager though, so it's to early to judge. And he is a year removed from being the starting PG for the national champs, and the #1 HS PG in the country.

I'd like to see where he is in three years.

Man this is exactly what I want to see from Atlanta, just need to find a way to get Josh to not force so many shots like he did against Houston and they can really be a good team this year, and surprise some people just like they did last year.

I watched him summer league as well.I think he will be good but he's not the traditional PG you can throw in any offense (ie:CP3,Rondo,D-Will)I think with Marquis his talents will have to catered to.I think JVG compared Marquis to Steve Francis on draft night.I don't know about that will have to see.But I do think he has to catered to that way you can see how he plays(ie:Gilbert Arenas,Stephon Marbury,Steve Francis, etc).

                              Westbrook has the Marbury syndrome.

                                What's that

Keep shooting even though I'm 4-13 or just ignore a wide open kd then only pass it to him one after the clock is down to one minute?
