Well more than anything people are making excuses for the players saying crap like they had to think too much

These people get on my nerves with the garbage. If it was ny they'd be blaming it all, on Melo

Well I agree, there should not be any excuse making in regards to the players performance thus far this season. Firing Brown should not substitute as an excuse for the players performance so far.

But that being said, I'm absolutely thrilled he was canned.

        Lol
Man he was at chic fila today taking pics with fans and signing autographs before the announcement.

He didn't say anything. Really nice guy but

He got a really nice house and 11 mill today

I'll be the lame duck coach for a year for that

His kid also has to finish out his High School ballin' for Matter Dei.

He isn't going anywhere soon, live it up with the money he has and the lack of stress of being the Lakers coach.

Hope he has a nice cigar tonight (if he smokes them) lol.

I don't hate the guy at all, just glad he's gone. Take the family shopping at the mall tomorrow Mike.

That's when (just like in any 1990 movies) Phil Jackson and Kobe have a discussion in a smoky pub and Phil finally takes the decision to come back and train the lakers.

I actually like Kobe, but I'm also not stupid to think that he didn't have any kind of say in this.

Part of me thinks the whole "It's the Princeton Offense" excuse was getting played out as well because we know it wasn't ALL on that.

They didn't lose their matches because of offense. Or if they did, come on how many games nash has played? Was Howard 100% healthy? How long should it take to get used to the new offense? This is pure bs.

What exactly is bs, that Brown was fired?

Are you a big Mike Brown fan and upset to see him go or something?

Who cares in the end really other than Brown himself or possibly those nearest & dearest to him? I certainly don't.

Well whether it's bs to you or not doesn't change the fact that they canned him. It doesn't make it any more or less egregious.

The reasons as to how or why he was excused don't matter to me. What does matter to me, was that he was removed now, better than later.

I guess some people are gonna see it as bs and they are entitled to that perspective.

Why let Mike brown do the offseason training and preseason's games?

I really don't care about brown but why fire him now?

Its kinda weird if they were 4-1 THEN is he all of a sudden a good coach? LOL

Well I think their reasoning is better now that it's early than late in the season. I really don't know the answer to that, only management does. All we can do is speculate.

I definitely see the irony in that lol, obviously if they start out 4-1 then he doesn't get fired, but it still wouldn't make him a good coach.

Winning or losing (and this is just my opinion) he's still a bad head coach.

Well why hire him in the first place or why fire him that late (or early into the season).. Doesn't make much sense to me either way but then again I'am just an euro watching bballl so...
