TMac had a bunch of chronic stuff going on, including scoliosis, you know this 23, you point this out whenever the subject of TMacs injuries occur...

      No he wouldn't.

But then again. Pops wouldn't have the team he has now.

Greg Poppovich wouldn't be playing LeBron James no 48 minutes in a game.. he's not that desperate. He doesn't do it with what he has now, and I have no reason to believe he would at all.

Which made it even worse that he had to do so much right?

Or it was more of a factor then him wearing out from playing basketball..

And Pop played Timmy 38-40 minutes until his knees started to crap out on him around 26-27...you play your young superstars...it's really not anything uncommon

No, it's that the whole "Lebron plays too many minutes and it's not good for him" argument doesn't really hold much weight because there's nothing to suggest that a Superstar that does "everything" while playing heavy minutes in their prime years has either some type of significant/huge dropoff or that their career was cut short by 2-3 years.

No thats not the point I was making at all. He asked a question and I answered. I saw how McGrady was played and what he had to do and for how many years... what he had to do with much less talented teams is similar to playing LeBron 48 minutes and asking him to do what has been described in this thread.

Im not calling Tmac, LeBron.... and changing the argument up from playing a guy 48 minutes versus 32 or 40 is not even what the discussion was about... Im not even in that

You realize that's what he did last year right? That's when he started playing LeBron for 48 minutes, in the playoffs

In the playoffs, minutes go out the door.. I'm surprised that even has to be said.

LeBron played 47 minutes one game this year against Orlando... I'm sure you can find a game or two in a season where another superstar played that many in their primes..

                            this conversation is completely diluted

I'd rather talk about how sucky the Lakers are and how all the bandwagon fans are falling off

Actually he started doing it in year 1 of Bron in South Beach.

Bron averaged 43.9 mpg 2011 and 42.7 last year.

In fairness to Spo however, LeBron hasn't played under 40 minutes per in the playoffs in his career.

                                Lol, I bet you would.

Serious note Dre, in your opinion of Laker fans, do you think they would really jump ship and cheer for the Clippers? I'm talking your average Laker fan. Don't you think they're the most arrogantly prideful fans there are in sports? They go out of their way to talk down on that entire organization and their fans. I don't think they would ever give up their pride and root for LA's "stepchild" [in their own words].
