The NBA needs to revisit charging fouls.
And this Knicks Raptors game is an example of what happens when the refs don't blow the whistle.
It's a sloppy game with lots of hitting and angry players. The refs are trying to let them play. What crap is that to simply decide when not to make calls for a game.
Techs all over in this game and I blame the refs.
