    Re: 2013 NBA Draft Discussion

Harrow would have never made the NBA now anyway. Personally I'm not mad because of the class they have coming in, they will all be on the bench (Cauley-Stein is the only one that could possibly start) and will have a lot less expectations put on them. If they can come in and contribute and show scouts why they were (in Poythress' and Goodwin's case) lottery picks to begin with they will rise back up the draft board.

WOW that team is going to be stacked.
      PG: Harrison/ Harrow
      SG Harrison/Goodwin
      SF: James Young/ Poythress
      PF: Julius Randle/ Wiltjer
      C: Dakari Johnson/ Cauley Stein

And they might STILL get Andrew Wiggins lol

Wait.... has Harrison Barnes made me eat my word yet?

Best player in the NCAA this year?

          Ben McLemore = Ray Allen

          Biggest Gamble

Michael Carter-Williams = Shaun Livingston (before the knee injury)

Nice column about Shabazz Muhammad pops living vicariously through his son. One interesting thing in there is the fact that Shabazz is 20 and not 19 as he has been reporting and saying he is.

In the grand scheme of things it would not have been a big deal if he just reported his real age because Anthony Bennet and Ben McLemore(although he sat out a year last year) are both 20.

Allen Crabbe might mess around and end up in the first round.

Is Otto Porter a lottery pick in the Top 6 range if he comes out this year?

Most places have him as a top 8 or so prospect.
Personally I really like him for the Cavs just because he fits in perfectly in terms of playing well off ball. I dont see superstar or star potential in him though

Cavs probably wouldn't be a bad spot.

I've been liking what I've been seeing from those Michigan boys lately. I think four of em have some niche potential on the next level.

Archie Goodwin & CJ Leslie declared for the draft. I feel that is a big mistake for Goodwin, but he will be drafted in the first round.

He's definitely in the 10 top range. With GT getting bumped so early. It will be tough. But he's had an outstanding regular season. But I think he's going to make the jump. It's a very weak draft.

Still can't understand why Adreian Payne is so undervalued. I think he's going to end up being the best big man in this draft.

Defensively, he is a top 5 talent alone and that doesn't include what he can do shooting the basketball. Incredible touch around the rim, can pass, and can run the floor as well as anyone.

Honestly, if he falls to #20, would love to see the Bulls snatch him up. I know we still need a two guard, but amnestying Boozer is going to leave us with a need for front court depth, and grooming him behind Noah would be a perfect solution.

No more Kentucky, overhyped bums. Guy is vastly overrated and if he stayed at Kentucky, probably wouldn't even start next season. Teague was one wasted draft pick too many.
