No, I didn't see what happened, so I was wondering what was going on lol. What was the colossal mistake Wade made?

We had the lead and the ball with .6 left, Wade gets fouled, missed the first so we're up 2, throws the second FT off the backboard, giving the ball to Boston with .6 left, Jeff Green hit a corner 3 at the buzzer to win it.
