I don't know. Just always wondered about that with every team.

Some teams do, but it's also reliant on communication which some teams don't exhibit in situations like that.

And you probably also need to have a plan B, C in place in case plan A doesn't work out, so I think they do what you mentioned but still need to have a backup plan in place just in case.

I just wonder which players in NBA would be influenced at all if he called them while they were free agents and tried getting them to come to Toronto.
He won't be influencing nobody to come up there. The team just needs to be good and show progress that they're improving.

You see what Jay-Z did for the Nets when he was part owner, right? And he's someone that probably 95% of the league are huge fans of.

Ruff Ryder went a little hard but its true, Palmer is a bad ref. I have no problem with a woman ref, but bad is bad.

I loved the Kings game vs. Cavs. I know I'm a couple days late with this, but I really like what happened to that team since Rudy Gay (big fan of him by the way).

Those who said TrailBlazers weren't going anywhere good I always said: "Wait one year". Recently I saw some really exciting Portland games. Glad to see somethings do change.

The way I see it, some good marketing can motivate players even if the coach can't. I know this sounds stupid if you read it, but if you have a good PR channel and people will like you, then you have support. That can help in moving to the right direction. Moving forward.

It wasn't Palmer, it's some new broad. She made a couple good calls and a couple really bad ones. But she should have like a 20 game minimum before she's allowed to blow her whistle in the garden. I'm looking out for her health. If the Knicks lost she'd be leaving in a body bag. A pair of Beats and Aloe Blacc aren't gonna save her from that crowd.

That could be said about all bad ref calls in the garden on a loss I remember those good old days.

I'm confused what foul you are so upset about? The foul called on Martin at the end? Looked like a foul to me.

Come on, guys. You don't have to like her officiating but let's keep the gender specifics out of it. There are also awful male refs. I doubt her being a woman plays as large a role as is being inferred here.

The combination of the missed, obvious foul on Melo's jumper the play before and the 50/50 call that the refs gave Barbosa.

It's just always the way it goes for the Knicks. Melo can't get a call, even at home, but a guy who just got picked up off the scrap heap and signed to a 10-day deal gets the benefit of the doubt in a road game.

You see that Barbosa foul get called after seeing Austin Rivers not get a call after he was legitimately tackled on that final second play the other day. Just gets very frustrating.

My comment was referring to the song, it's called "the man".. I was just saying she's not a man, bad joke I guess. I have nothing against women refs.
