It's just always the way it goes for the Knicks. Melo can't get a call, even at home, but a guy who just got picked up off the scrap heap and signed to a 10-day deal gets the benefit of the doubt in a road game.

You see that Barbosa foul get called after seeing Austin Rivers not get a call after he was legitimately tackled on that final second play the other day. Just gets very frustrating.
Oh come on. Don't act like the league has it out for the Knicks. That's as silly as people saying there's some kind of conspiracy to get the Mavs to win because there were two blown calls late in two of their games.

Agreed about the refs being frustrating with their complete lack of consistency. The worst is when refs call things differently in different points during the game.

Oh don't act like Mavs Fans weren't throwing the conspiracy word around either, especially back in 06.

      Just sayin' now LOL

If there's one place you could point to for there to potentially be a conspiracy it would be that series. I still can't help but feel there was a little more going on there then simply poor officiating.

Doesn't change the fact it's silly to think that the NBA has it out for one of it's most successful and biggest money-making franchises because of some poor calls in the regular season. If this kind of stuff was happening during multiple games in the Finals, you might have something there.

Really? That series? Really? The one place you could point to for a potential conspiracy is there? No other series springs to mind? No other egregious errors stand out anywhere else in league history? Like 4 years prior potentially?

Yes, the Kings series is the most obvious. I'm sorry I overlooked it. I don't really get why it's so generally acceptable to say that the league had it out for the Lakers to beat the Kings but Mavs fans that think the league had it out for the Heat to beat the Mavs are idiots who don't know what they're talking about and they're just sore losers.

I never said that. However one reason for you, is probably because I don't recall ever seeing Wade pretty much punch somebody in the face and the person that got punched get called for the foul in that Heat series and that's just one of MANY calls that blatantly bad there in 02.
