Honestly, I think you guy's pick it a part more than anything

just about every fan base has that player they love to hate...

Bulls have Boozer, I have Bonner, it goes on....it's nothing to really dig that deep into....if you don't feel that way about someone on your team, then you wouldn't understand...but i'd get used to it...because it's not going to stop anytime soon, lol....

I think some of you guys harp on guys way too much, making it seem like playing Norris Cole, Dajaun Blair etc. etc. would make that big of a difference. They wouldn't. There's nothing that we don't understand.

Well, if you don't think guy's like Chalmers matter....chill with the cape every time some one gets on him....if Bron can't hurt his feels, we certainly can't....he'll be ok.

Cape? I don't think Pack nor anyone else gives a single care about the Heat or Chalmers. I doubt anyone cares about the guy's feelings either, lol. Not sure how that at all is relevant to the conversation.

If we have to sit here and listen to every rant about Chalmers after every bad game he plays then expect some backlash.

If we have to sit here and listen to every rant about Chalmers after every bad game he plays then expect some backlash.

It's relevant when you bring up "harping too much" on guys none of us know....

It's not relevant man. I doubt any of us care if Chalmers goes home and cries himself to sleep or if he's the happiest man on Earth.

Doesn't matter, The Heat have 23 games left...I'm sure it will take place again..lol

My whole point is though: personally I like Chalmers, he's come through in big games repeatedly, and you always want a guy with his kind of ridiculous confidence on your team....but he is erratic...so I get why Heat fans/supporters are so love/hate with him...Im the same way with guys on my team, that's just sports..

It's amazing how people act like Chalmers is the difference between the Heat going 98-0(including playoffs)and only losing 10-15 games with the final result still being the same regardless.

He is fine for what that team needs him to be as far as his role goes. He hits his shots and plays solid D(don't have his Defensive Rating off the top of my head but I'm guessing it's been pretty good at his position). FWIW, I'm not even that big of a fan of him but the hyperbole is a bit overblown on him all things considered.

I've never seen a role player get picked apart as much as him outside of Jeremy Lin.

It's because of the attitude he has, people don't like when mediocre players act like they're hot ****. Notice you don't see anyone saying anything like this about Norris Cole.

Also I think his statistics are greatly helped by how much he gets to play with the big three.

The Blazers have 4 points in just over 5 minutes.

Against the Mavs.

I'm not so sure about this team in the playoffs.

EDIT: 7 minutes in and still just 4 points

EDIT2: I swear to God, none of the Mavs players seem to have any idea who Samuel Dalembert is when they pass the ball to him. The kind of passes these guys expect Dalembert to be able to catch is ridiculous.

EDIT3: 8 minutes, still just 4 points. Doesn't really matter though, the Blazers will be back within 5 by halftime or the end of the third.
