KD doesn't really flop it's just the refs giving him a lot of light calls. KD is primarily a jump shooter. Someone just posted a cool little chart in the off topic section showing the average distance on their shots. It doesn't show exactly what you want but still shows where they take a majority of shots.

That's true, but I still have a hard time leaving him right on the edge of the top 10. He definitely disappointed me this season.

Looking at that list, man the league is absolutely loaded with quality point guards.

Has there ever been a better collection of PGs in the league at once? I don't think there has.

Ya'll are probably right. Calderon is not top 10, but he is definitely an asset to his team and a bargain considering his contract.

He took a step backward this season, and I blame part of it on him but at the same time I'm not going to discount him completely because individually he's playing as well as most guys on the list, and well playing in Mike Brown's offensive system has proved to be full of horrible results for quite some time now.

He has all the tools of a great point guard. He, like Paul and Parker, handles to ball so well in traffic. They seem to be just as comfortable handling the ball in the lane with 7 people around him as they are out at half court with only one guy near them. And we all know he can score..

He's looked, the past two seasons, like he was well on his way to being a top 3-5 point guard in the league.. He did take a step back this year, but it's not really that alarming to me unless it becomes a consistent issue, or he stops improving all together.

Think I heard both teams have lost 7 of 12 since March 4th. lol

Regardless at least you guys have the best player in the world to count on. I get to count on Paul George who hasn't hit a shot since December and Lance Stephenson who seems to care more about his next contract than playing team basketball.

Really, I haven't been less confident in the Pacers in a long time. We'll see... It's a big game so hopefully this game can sort of be a breath of fresh air type of game and both teams can get back to playing the type of basketball they're capable of.

A really good point guard whom you wouldn't mind having on your team if you aren't fortunate enough to have a Paul or a Parker etc. you're overhyping my man and doing him a disservice similar to ESPN tracking down the most obscure and ridiculous stats to hype LeBron when they feel like they've thrown enough dirt on him for the week and want to prop him back up.
I understand why you think my claim is outrageous, and looking back I'd probably say Mike Conley is a superior "floor general" kind of guy. But what I mean by that is guys that aren't looking to score and aren't really attacking with the ball to score. Almost all of the best point guards in the league are guys that are not only floor generals but they also score. Jose is basically in the NBA because of his passing abilities and his smarts on the floor, not too, too much different than Jason Kidd in his last few years.

I'm not trying to prop him up as one of the best point guards in the league, I already showed my rankings and I have him right in the middle of the pack. And I don't see how anything I'm saying is similar to ESPN's ridiculous stats.

Why doesn't Indy go to Roy like this against other teams? I swear the past few games I've gotten to watch them he doesn't have this many touches by half time lol.

Def some very nice ball movement. The Heat, apart from Birdman look like they don't even care though.

Ian Mahinmi fouls so damn much that even when he legitimately doesn't foul the refs still call it. Just that built reputation lol.

Lol, Pop used to yank him so quick....

Speaking of fouling, is IND still a top fouling team? They have seemed to clean that up...

MIA was having some success with Bosh rolling to the basket last matchup...of course they competently abandon that game plan lol

Yeah because having him take 3's is much better.. Smh

They look horrible right now all together.
