Has nothing to do with coaching. Wizards simply have better and more talent. Wall and Beal are really starting to come into their own. Nene is a beast who can shoot it, and they have a solid bench.

Nah. If Witt leaves Wall and Beal on DJ for the rest of the fourth, he continues to kill the Wiz like he had been the whole game. That Ariza switch took DJ out of the game and forced Hinrich to run the offense. It was a great call by Witt.

NeNe is definitely more consistent than he has ever been. In Denver the dude would have a great 3 quarters then disappear completely. This is the guy they needed to get over the hump but they didn't get it so he has grown for sure.

Just because the dude made a good adjustment doesn't mean that he's out coaching the other lol. It a pretty simple move, nothing to praise him over IMO.

Have to admit I've seen that strategy work against Deron Williams in Utah. It seems to be pretty effective too.

I also think if LeBron wanted to go to Chicago he'd be there already. Melo is probably a really longshot but without Rose being there to help they're basically in the same spot they were with a healthy Rose
They definitely were doing what they could. When you're already over the cap there isn't a whole lot you can do. Taj, Noah, they weren't the players they are now then. Taj's offensive game was non-existent up until sometime over the course of last season. Noah can have an offense run through him now, wasn't possible before. He was a great passing big always, but he was literally no offensive threat at all. I honestly don't know what guys expected them to do.

As for LeBron, I realize that, I'm telling you why they made the moves they made. This is pretty much where they're at though. They've got a guy stashed overseas that's hiding out over there jacking up his price, they're in salary cap hell unless they make some moves which they're looking to do in hopes of landing Melo, the extra five million from the cap should help with that too, but they're in a ****ty spot right now.

If you watched the Wizards, Witt don't make adjustments at all..for him to finally make one, we make a big deal out of it.

Thibs played Jimmy Butler for 53 minutes.

                      Coaching definitely had a factor.

Ahh I know what you mean. Whenever I see Mark Jackson make an adjustment or shake up the rotation I feel the same lol

I was just going to say that..lol. Thibs doesn't have ANYONE on the roster to where he can say.."hey, go take over the 4th quarter and get us buckets." If DJ Augustin is your best and ONLY scoring option, then that's a severe problem.

I don't know what miracles Thibs is supposed to perform with this squad.

That's because he's their best wing defender. Tony Snell is too wet behind the ears for Thibs to trust during the playoffs.

Not saying he is the answer obviously, but he's got Jimmer sitting there on the bench. This is one of the few knocks I have on Thibs. He did this **** last year against Miami where Rip was glued to the bench for the first three games of the Miami series. He put him in because he had no choice at one point and he played very well in the game. At least put the dude in to give them a different look.
