That's because he's their best wing defender. Tony Snell is too wet behind the ears for Thibs to trust during the playoffs.

Noah is their best low-post defender, and he didn't play all 53. He found a way to rest Noah, except from the 2nd half to the rest of the game. He should have found a way to rest Butler, at least for a little while. I mean damn, he put Snell in when they were down 2 with a minute left, anyway.

Not saying he is the answer obviously, but he's got Jimmer sitting there on the bench. This is one of the few knocks I have on Thibs. He did this **** last year against Miami where Rip was glued to the bench for the first three games of the Miami series. He put him in because he had no choice at one point and he played very well in the game. At least put the dude in to give them a different look.

I was just about to say the same thing. He should at least give the guy a shot.

I don't disagree with you, but I think it would be really ugly if he had to guard Beal or Wall for extended periods of time. He definitely does need to do something though.

John Wall & Ish Smith look like they are tapping into the speed force when they are on the court with the ball man...everything they do is just quicker than everyone else

That's how I feel about Monta, when he explodes on his drives my jaw drops sometimes.

Anyways, who would have thought the only series to be 2-0 at this point would be the Bulls/Wizards with the Wizards up?

Oh it'd be a disgrace defensively of course, but if you're giving up baskets like they were doing tonight anyway and building houses on the other end, then why not? They could have run out Noah, Taj, DJ, Jimmer and Dunleavy just to have at least some guys that can spread the floor on offense. I've seen enough of Kirk's broken *** jumper to last me a lifetime.

Considering the source, I'm going to remember this lol.

And look at Wittman making adjustments out there. ****s used to rare during the season so I figured he forgot what it was lol. Great win for DC though. That whole city is going to be rocking Friday night man.

Questioning a coaches decisions on who to play ain't popular around here, lol

I agree though, someone else to stretch the floor couldn't hurt..

Speaking of jump balls, there have been some straight up awful ones this postseason....The worst was probably during the Pacers game though....ref might as well have handed it to the guy, lol

There were some terrible exchanges (and nonexchanges) with the refs for sure. I think it finally "balanced" out in the end, though. CSN guys were almost jumping out of their seats at points in the game.
