well if that's the argument then I'll just say mine:
Spurs screwed up by not playing defense on Kobe (Bowen?). the bottomline is both teams are just about equal. Its's gonna come down to who performs better in the clutch.

I don't disagree. I think it was more to trade off on offense cause Bowen didn't shoot much.

Lakers were daring the Spurs to beat them with anyone but Duncan and Parker and while Turkolu and Ginobli got off to good starts, they couldn't continue. Nesterovic is rushing shots and if he's not making them, he shouldn't be taking so many.

Kobe wasn't even guarding his man on the weak side. Maybe the Spurs have to try the same, trapping Kobe and doubling Shaq. Malone is pretty money from the midrange and George is streaky. I would back off Payton from the outside.

That last part is alos what I think the Spurs should do. That's what Houston did, and they played some of the best defense on BOTH Shaq amd Kobe.

I posted in the other thread after game 3 saying this wouldn't become a series until the Lakers won game 4. With that said, the series is now tied up and it's anybody's series for them to win. To me, both teams looked tired especially LA. Let's see if they can hold up and take one away in San Antonio. Game 5 should be a thriller. Can't wait.














BTW, the Laker hating in this thread is . The same thing happens after every game the Lakers play when it's a BIG game or a must win for them. Someone always has to bring it up, but there's really no point to talk about it over and over.
