I mean, I agree with you, I personally don't think the Rockets are going anywhere near the Finals as long as McHale is coaching them, I'm just telling what Morey is seeing. He wants to win right now while he has all these guys.

Morey just had guys kinda fall in his lap. Because OKC got cheap he got Harden and because kobe was such a Jeri with Danton Dwight saw harden and came.

Bosh is right to come because of the money available and he doesn't have to share the load now but all Morey has been is a gambler that uses numbers far too much.

His all 3s and layups offense is what's wrong with the NBA now. McHale is perfect for what he wants which is why he's still there.

Dallas dodged a bullet and forced Houston to way overpay to retain Parsons. Now, they can go out and sign a more reasonably priced starting SF and bring back either Carter or Marion.

Who would be your #1 choice, SteelersFreak?

Houston is going to be capped out for a while with those four contracts.

Beverley plays dogged defense, Both is one of the best pick and roll defending big men in the league Chandler Parsons was a great defender by pretty much every measure in his rookie year (that's why he got so much burn) I don't see why with a refocus he couldn't go back to that. Bosh alone should help our perimeter D as he wad one of the keys to the Heats swarming defense with his length and lateral quickness and instincts.

Hope we can get something in return via a sign and trade from the whole LeBron/Bosh debacle.

Can you expound on this 23? I've always been a fan of the style seeing as how it goes for the most efficient shots.

Meanwhile, GSW didn't do anything with the $9.8M traded player exception from the Richard Jefferson deal to Utah. Expired at 9 p.m. Pacific.
It wasn't for lack of trying. They were still trying to find someone to take it up to the expiration date but apparently the lack of a LeBron decision and the frozen market made it a lot harder to find a good deal.

I wish they had done something with it and gotten some sort of asset but the expiration really isn't that big a deal. It doesn't hamper our ability to get Love either (Cleveland now being in play does though ughhh)

That's what his numbers say but obviously it's not the best thing for the team because it's just run and chuck offense for the most part. Not encouraging ball movement and it in itself limits the potential of your players.

No team beyond the old Hakeem champ rockets ever excelled with that kind of offense because it's not balanced.

Like I said Morey is a gambler and usually it doesn't pan out.

Honestly, I'd be okay with the Mavs going after Isaiah Thomas instead of a new 3, but of the available guys, I think Ariza would be the best fit. I want nothing to do with Deng.

Bosh to Houston and they'll match parsons as well.
