I like the move for Washington. He plays hard and will be even more motivated playing for a winner. Good guy to have coming off the bench.
He grew on me after watching him all season in Boston.Comment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Well, no more Drew Gooden unless he's willing to take the veteran's minimum.

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
He's your team's franchise player, is a top 5 SG even with the knee problems and still had a good season last year. Need to keep him in town or risk angering the genuine fans that remain. If they can flesh out the bench and trade either Cole or Chalmers for someone serviceable then they could likely compete for a top 5 seed, IMO.

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Need to see the numbers on the deal but on its surface, I'm not really a fan of it and I'm hoping that 3rd year is a team option.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Man, Drew was playing playstation on his couch in PG County before the Wiz called him in the middle of last year. He'll be happy to take the vet minimum and I'm sure they'll be happy to have him back. But they still needed more help at the 4 and 5 than just Gooden... even if we mistakenly assume Nene will stay healthy. Like the signing.Comment

It's not that difficult to understand RT @Vni I don't understand tweets. They're confusing to me. Why do people retweet and stuff? I don't get it.
