      Why not???

If you want to be a MAX player and suck up a HUGE amount of a team's salary cap, you'd better be willing to lead. T-Mac tried that once. First Round last year. All he's done is bitch since.

T- Mac should at least have his team competing for the playoffs every year if he wants to be considered a superstar, even than thats asking too little.

The guy playes in the Eastern Conference, there should be no excuse for the Magic having the worst record in the L, and that 18 game losing streak.

He still is young, so he can change his mentality, and become a superstar. No one here is saying that T-Mac should have his team competing for the championship every year, cauze that would be asking too much from one player. But At least have your squad competing for the playoffs, especially in the Eastern Conference!!!!

Oh for sure...but that's neither here nor there.

This is about T-Mac. He came to Orlando in the first place because Hill (and they thought Duncan) were heading there. Well, Duncan is fine where he's at and Hill is done. T-Mac needs to step up. If he doesn't want to that's fine...but he's gonna want MAX money on his next deal and shouldn't get it with that attitude. If he wants to ride Shaq or Tim's coattails, he better be ready to take less money.

He's a young guy. His attitude needs work sure. He has done his part in ORL, but the management has bothched trades and picks time after time, which is how you guys got Big Ben. He can get good pay in SA, but Shaq won't take a paycut for anyone. He just wants out of a bad situation, which can you blame him? Shaq did it, and it seems he's about to also.
