I don't like him as a person, and as a basketball player..
for me he's not a winner.. i think i just do not appreciate ballers who cannot create their own shots.. but i know he is frustrated not getting a ring through all these years..

My heart says yes but my head says no.

I really wanted him to win a ring in Utah with Stockton and Hornacek as well. Malone was just cursed by being in the same conference as the Lakers in the 80s and then when he finally gets to the Finals it's against the most dominant team of the era.

Malone may be a dirty player but he exudes the gritty working class image and I can't help but wish him all the luck in the world.

The thing is in my mind it will be a bit of a tainted victory for him as he just joined the Lakers to ride their coat tails.

Having seen part of an interview that was done with Karl Malone, referencing his mother's untimely passing, I came away rooting for him to get a ring. It was really touching, it was near Mother's Day, and he was saying how he didn't know how he was gonna be able to play with a clear head (Game was on Mother's Day). I was pulling for him. But then I see the stunt he pulled with that fan, and now, I'm not too sure.

MAILMAN DELIVERS: Two unlucky Pistons fans started Game 3 with courtside seats but were escorted out of the Palace before tip-off after an altercation with Lakers forward Karl Malone.

Kurt Hofner was sitting two rows behind the fans when the incident happened. He said one fan started heckling Malone during pregame warm-ups. Hofner said the insults involved Malone's injured knee.

Malone turned and got into the fan's face, told him to never say that again, and poked him two or three times on the forehead with two fingers, Hofner said. Palace security members showed up minutes later to remove the two fans from the building.
Fun Fact: Every Tom Izzo recruiting class has played in a Final Four.

The guy is on the radio and HE DID NOT get tossed. He said he told Malone:

The guy who came over was an LA official and did not have the ability to throw anyone out.
