Yep, even not being a fan of the Lakers and basically hating anyone with Kentucky basketball, you hate to see any kid go down like that. Hopefully he recovers fully.

Can't we have Steve Kerr back or something? I absolutely hate having Reggie Miller being the only color commentator with Kevin Harlan. The guy harped on that ESPN article (a rival sports network) for nearly the entire first half. Then to pretend like most stories don't have unnamed sources, but in this case they should be named to help protect Kobe's name.

Anyway, the Lakers absolutely suck, feel really, really bad for Julius Randle and the Rockets are severely lacking in depth or quality role players. I foresee another first round exit in their future but they'll probably still be a match up nightmare for San Antonio.

That's terrible for Randle man. Terrible way to start a season and even crappier way to start your career. Hope he's back fairly quickly.

I hope we dont have a super rash of injuries like last year.

My first year in a while getting league pass and everyone was hurt.

Thanks for that video. I dont watch 1st take much, those 2 fools get on my nerves. Sounds like Jeannie does have the authority to overide and remove anyone, but chooses not to at this time. If she wants to make the Lakers respectable again, then she needs to boot her Brother out,lol.

Hopefully for Randle's sake if he has a broken leg its not too bad to where it could threaten his career. I know some can be worse than others, like that kid from Louisville a couple years ago. Coming out of college Randle looked like he had a chance to be a very good player, so hopefully he fully recovers.

It's going to be another long season as a Lakers fan.

Hopefully this injury doesn't hurt Randle in the long run.

Watched the game but my cable flaked out during the 3rd Quarter.

Sucks for Randle. I hope he can come back to full strength.

Was so excited about the NBA all night until this game, and then Randle gets injured and it's just depressing right now. I don't even know what to say.
