So what's worse: Kevin McHale's "Let Harden take step back jumpers and hope Dwight gets the offensive rebound" Offense or Byron Scott's "Give it to Kobe and if you can't don't take any threes and just put your head down, drive to the basket and hope you get fouled" Offense?

Those were my thoughts at first, too. But, then I thought...this guy has done a lot for the Lakers, he's a former MVP, and they are just glad he is back.

Its going to be a tough yr for Laker fans, and for Kobe, with a joke of a roster they have put together with aeven bigger joke running the point in Jermey Lin,lol.

Not a Laker fan, but I do feel bad for Kobe having to play out his career with such a joke for teammates. A great like him deserves better than what he has been given for teammates.

I fail to see how anyone could possibly feel sorry for Kobe. He played a part in creating the current Lakers situation, now he has to live with it.

Curious as to how Kobe created the issue? I dont even like Kobe either, although do resepect the competiveness he has.

Id say Jim Buss has created the mess in LA for being a idiot. Dr Buss would have been better off leaving basketball decisions all to Jeanie,lol.

I think Jim Buss is the reason why top FA dont want to go play in LA now. I know Kobe can be a shot jacker, but he has shwon the ability to mesh well enough to win with other star players.
