Depends on how much he wants and if we're keeping Demar or not.

If Raptors get Matthews, I'd imagine DeRozan is for sure gonna be gone this offseason. DeRozan for max starting next year, or Matthews for ___ starting this year?

Though I'd rather have DeRozan,cause Matthews coming back from that injury..this could be a 2013 Blue Jays situation all over again, having a good roster ruined because of a major injury.

Raptors got about 21M in luxury cap space left. Around 20M once you factor in the signing of their draft pick/backup PG Wright. So 20M to get a starting PF,backup C, and an 11th-12th man as bench warmers(since Bruno/Bebe and stuff are gonna be in D-League)
