The Lakers better not sign Rondo under any circumstance!

    I would be highly pissed.

Man the Lakers need help in so many areas that I really think this is going to be a long process rather than a quick rebuild.

With Kobe out soon, Randle still somewhat of an unknown they could literally use an upgrade at every position.

I would be hoping Westbrook and Love want to come back home.

By Laker standards, it'salready been a "long process" for them. But I'd doubt they want it to go any longer than it already has, by their standards.

I hope the Lakers live in the lottery for the next 10 years. Well, at least until Kobe Retires.

Windhorst and his "Insiders" claiming that Kevin Love will be leaving Cleveland but then later says he's not sure if he believes it.

"Every executive I talk to, every agent I talk to, every quasi insider, every girlfriend's cousin's sister's boyfriend all says this guy is out of there," said Brian Windhorst during a podcast with Zach Lowe.

"I hear the same thing from everybody," said Lowe. "From everyone that is two or three or four steps removed. I don't quite believe all of that."
I can definitely see him leaving. His season was meh, he may not like being third fiddle, and he's not BFFs with LeBron or Kyrie. Would really suck for Cleveland if he leaves knowing they could still have Wiggins instead...

No it wouldn't cause they'll just sign Aldridge and beast the east anyway.

I thought this originally but someone on here I think was stating that they wouldn't have the cap space to sign someone else if Love leaves. Not sure if that's true or not.

Cleveland might regret that decision for years. Man giving away a potential future star for one year of Kevin Love smh.

They can afford to resign Love because of his bird rights, but not sure about a top free agent like Aldridge.

They should have been content with Thompson starting at the 4 and keeping Wiggins, as well as having Bennett there for depth.

That said, I was one of the guys defending the trade when it happened. If you can get a player like Love, you go for it.

Said it before it even happened. If Kevin Love really wanted to be in Cleveland he could have went when he was a free agent, and next year they could have him and Wiggins.

It worked out well for them regardless. Had they not made that trade, and Andy V not went down with the injury, the trades for Mozgov, JR, Shump might not have happened.

And still he might not even leave, if he does I just hope it's a sign and trade.

In the end, it's always a sign-and-trade. Even Cleveland and Toronto eventually executed S&T's for Bron and Bosh. The real hope is that the team he goes to if he leaves, ends up sucking enough for the picks you'll be getting back to matter as opposed to them becoming good to great with him and getting you picks at the back of the draft.

Lakers got a big TV deal in place so they'll spend on FAs but will they suffer revenues-wise if they don't return to the playoffs next year?

So I hear Pierce has been rumored to sign with the Clippers this off-season.

If you ask me, he should've signed with them long before he joined the Wizards. Maybe things would've turned out differently and they'd be in the WCF right now instead of the Rockets.
