NYK are having a decent offseason, they should at the very least compete for the 8th seed.

Still remains to be seen if fish can coach. But yeah Knicks are slowly and subtlety becoming relevant again.

Kyle O'Quinn? Don't mind it one bit.

Pleased with our offseason given our situation and realistic expectations but there is no way we are making the playoffs next year.

I think the Knicks could muster up 35 wins, maybe more. Having a better defensive team should help.

Don't forget the Celtics. They have the same team as last year pretty much and teams that were behind them got better in the offseason ie Heat.

I don't think there's a chance. We went into this offseason with by far the least talented roster in the NBA, even compared to the Lakers.

I like our additions but they're all role players. Having Afflalo as your #2 option on offense is gross. No depth at all in our front court, having either O'Quinn or D. Williams starting at PF is a serious problem (I don't think Taps will be contributing next year).

                      Galloway
                      Afflalo
                      Melo
                      Williams
                      R. Lopez

                      Calderon
                      J. Grant
                      Taps
                      O'Quinn
                      Early

And whoever else I'm missing off the top of my head. That's definitely not a playoff team, even in the East.

Kyle O'Quinn at $4M for some cash and swapping 2nd rounders? Nice.

We may not have "talent" but this is a well-balanced roster.

Would like to get a defensive-minded wing on the cheap.

                        Who's still out there?

Exactly, I don't know why dudes in here keep saying we need to continue to tank to keep our 1st round pick, when Hilbert won't move the needle either way. He's just a upgrade over the other trash we have.
