...so no, it's not his job. I don't really know what you're getting at, yes when given the opportunity friends recruit their friends to work with them, that's not rare. The reasons DeAndre left don't really matter, not that I think anything you've mentioned is actually a reason for him to leave. I guess what you're saying is that because he said "we get an F" and not "the front office gets an F" that he's kind of taking some of it on himself, even though it's not his job. I appreciate his candor, but I wouldn't think it'd be in his best interest to talk about the FO like that.

Somebody in that organization is going "Oh we got an F? Cut JJ, let's get that to a D-" lol.

Huge part of it yes and stuck to him the entire time through the process.

Did you even listen to the interview though?

You're really putting way too much on it

No, I just read the article, does his tone or something change the way it comes off in the interview?

It wasn't angry and a few giggles at the beginning. Not like he was happy about it but they just asked him what he thought after they said they werent having a good offseason.

I ask again, how do you want this stuff to get done? Hinrich had a player option this year that he obviously was going to pick up. Nobody is trading anything of any value for him. So how exactly do you want them to go about getting rid of him?

Still better than a number of other teams bigs lol.

Though if anyone is desperate for bigs...boozer and bargnani are available FAs....

                  Dump him then

Seems like other teams are finding ways and not making excuses.

The bulls just seem a little slow and i know its hard for you to disagree bwcause you see very little to no movement just like i do.

Dump him as in cut him or trade him?

And would they take a cap hit for outright cutting him or it would it just be considered dead money?

Not sure... im sure it would count against the cap if they used the stretch provision..

Im sure his contract is not that outrageous that someone wouldn't take him but they might like him though in the front office.

They're already thin at guard depth as it is. You want them to just drop Hinrich and have his salary still count against the cap where they can't even sign someone to replace him? Nobody is trading for him. He's cheap, but he sucks, who are you going to trade him for that upgrades you anywhere?

Not sure... teams are making moves all over from because of talent to picks to just cap flexibility...

Can you tell me what theyre doing currently?

Man I remember back in my end-Bulls-days just thinking Hinrich was going to be so good because I was certain he was going to develop an elite shooting stroke and my reasoning was because he's white. Oh silly 16 year old cima. His 3 stroke has always been good but his mid-range game never seemed to rise above "rofl nice try" and it's been particularly bad the past couple years.

We're one D. Rose injury away from Kurt Heinrick being our starting point guard. So, yeah, not good.
