Of course I can't, I'm not in their front office meetings. All I know is as far as I'm concerned this year is it for them. Shouldn't be another shot for them to **** this up.

As far as all this "making excuses" and all this other stuff, they've basically made the only moves they can really make this free agency period. They've got 13 players on the roster already and are committed to a few hundred dollars under 86 million in salary and that's before even including Brooks' deal.

The plan going into the offseason was to move either Jo or Taj or both. Nobody wants Jo despite the fact he's a 13 million dollar expiring contract, Taj went and got hurt and is expected to be out at least 4 months so nobody is biting on any trades not knowing how he looks coming out of surgery. You keep talking about making moves and what other teams are doing but you're not providing any potential moves for them to make.

What's the reasoning, to bring scoring off the bench? Wanted an excuse to use this GIF. Bulls fans once Hinrich goes into the lineup:

Ae couldn't figure out why Thibbs played him so much. Snell was basically rotting on the bench

I dont know King. This seems to be the only team according to you that cant do anything.

I dont remember any rules that says you're over the cap so you cant move. I wish somebody would tell Cleveland that.

Do they have the mle or mini mle?

If they do why are they okay with standing pat? Waiting til next year? Relying on Rose to be healthy again? Whats the plan bro?

Which was a Thibs problem. For whatever reason Thibs refused to play the young guys. He did it to Jimmy his rookie year and in his second year. If Deng didn't get hurt that second year, Jimmy would have been glued to the bench more again. He wouldn't even give Jimmer a chance to make some shots that one year when the team clearly needed SOMEBODY that could attempt to make a basket. Thibs had those guys he trusted and he wouldn't deviate from it. One of his flaws as a coach. This is one of those things they're hoping a coaching change will help.

Read on Twitter earlier that the only teams to not sign anybody(so far and heavy emphasis on that)are the Sixers, Hornets, Nuggets and there was another team but I can't remember off the top of my head at the moment. It might've been Orlando.

Does that include rookies? Denver hasn't done jack was thinking. Sixer's made trades and got a top pick

                    That's about it.

Not biased, but I think Kyle O'Quinn is a much better value.

Smith is very consistent however. But he's not going to do more than take 15 footers for you. No post game.

All they had was the tax payer mid level of 3.2 mil. Believe me, I wish we had a LeBron James on this roster that guys would go out of their way to sign on to play with for peanuts because it's practically a guaranteed trip to the Finals, but we don't, so we have to make do until we can get Noah off the books and maybe move Taj at the deadline after he hopefully shows he has some worth still.

So next year? At this rate players will avoid Chicago like the Lakers

They need to use that 3.2 to get another guard OE wing who can create his own shot.

Still curious who this cheap guy is that already isn't going to get more money elsewhere for that skill level.

I really don't think Chicago is even missing anything as currently constructed. They just need a coach who can maximize that bench, as Thibs was probably the last guy who would do that.

Considering one of Gasol or Noah will always be in at center, the 2nd unit is basically Brooks, Snell, McDermott/Niko, Taj/Niko, and Noah/Pau.. That's a great second group.

The only thing they are really missing is an upgrade over Dunleavy as a starter, which for all we know could be Snell, McDermott, or Mirotic this year anyways under a new coach. They don't have the money to sign a starter, and I doubt they could land one for a Taj trade anyways.

Sometimes not making a move isn't really a bad thing. They've got a top 5 roster talent wise, and should be a top 2 team in the East playoff bracket.
