This is only a big deal because we're in the social media era. People pretty much forgot about Boozer changing his mind on a blind man. DJ's situation really isn't **** compared to that. If DJ does stay in LAC, people will soon forget, just like people forgot about Boozer.Comment

If only Hedo didn't sign with Raptors. What a horrible contract. The O'Neal trade which turned into Marion,which later lead to signing Hedo,were all the tipping points of why Colangelo should've been fired years before he was.
"Fun" fact: Hedo was traded to the Suns for Barbosa, who was later traded to Pacers for a 2nd round pick. That 2nd round pick was recently traded for Luke Ridnour lol.Comment

Man didn't nobody forget about Boozer. That's brought up about Boozer all the time when talking about him, outside of the yelling and lack of defense. That's also a different situation because Boozer wasn't a UFA verbally committing to a team during the moratorium and then changing his mind. Boozer had a team option that Cavs could have and certainly SHOULD have picked up for about 600,000 I think. But they didn't pick it up allowing him to be a RFA because they came to a verbal agreement together that they'd give him a bigger contract. This was before Early Bird rights so they couldn't go over the cap to sign him as they didn't have his Bird Rights. They were only a few million dollars under the cap so they couldn't afford to sign him to anything bigger than the 6 year 41 million dollar deal they'd shook on. Dude wasn't even supposed to be talking to other teams under this agreement and he signed off on the first offer he got from another team. Waayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy different than this situation.
I forgot about Brand lmao. Dude was bogus for dragging Baron to the Clippers and then bolting to Philly as soon as he got him to sign.Comment
