Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
To chang the topic away from ThreeKing's obsessive hatred of Derrick Rose, if this upcoming season is the last for this group of players (Tim Duncan, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Manu Ginobili, Ray Allen [still not officially retired] and Paul Pierce) are they the greatest HOF class ever? I can't think of one that loaded and great in comparison to that distinguished group of players.
And I might be missing someone but not as great as those 6 players. League will be weird, different without them.

It would definitely be up there, as Pack said extremely accomplished.
At least there are still plenty of good young guys that when they leave we won't see a big drop off, assuming no expansions.
When the Jordan, Hakeem, Malone era ended, really even a couple years before, the league definitely took a drop for awhile. I think the league is in a good enough place that it won't happen this time.
Of course you'll the Kobe-only guys and they will say how much worse the league is without him, just like the Jordan-only guys did.

Pau Gasol might not stick around too much longer either.

Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
I think Kobe's done for after this season. I don't anticipate him staying healthy for one and he's gotta feel wooooorn out after all the injuries and the mileage has on him.Comment

Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
Has nothing to do with it. Whatever heat comes Derrick's way, is all self-inflicted.
If anything, people around here have done nothing but blindly defend him. It's borderline disgusting.Comment

Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
I don't think many here care enough one way or the other though. I for example don't agree with a lot of what you say about him and the claims you make, but I'm not "blindly defending" him just because I disagree with you.
I've never had a like/dislike with Rose. I enjoyed watching him at Memphis and enjoy watching him in the pros. But I think most here would tell you that I've been one to "bash" him around here. Not trying to downplay him but I always thought he was overrated and didn't give him the praise some people here did. So I'm definitely not just jumping to his side to "disgustingly" back him or defend him.
I'm sure there are others like me here too, who really just don't care either way but feel that you're just overboard with some of the stuff you say about it.

ThreeKing with that selected memory especially with that "self inflicted" BS excuse.
But let me stop before I get told to take off the knee pads by him for not bashing Rose like he does.#RespectTheCultureComment

2015 Offseason Thread
The irony of TK going on about doing things blindly as he blindly jumps on any article written about Derrick Rose.
Also conveniently ignoring Rose posting this on his Facebook page today.
"Getting some shots up."

Re: 2015 Offseason Thread
OMG, a professional athlete working at his craft in the offseason! Let me bow down!! lol
After his "workout", he'll go tell Durant to not even bother coming here, and then his brother Reggie will start complaining that the Bulls don't surround him with any support.
Hilarious.Comment
