Thibs will be fired no matter what unless they went to the finals or something because of the issues with management. But besides all that, he would need to be fired period because of this series. I think they need some new energy anyways.

Props to the Cavs bench. On paper they are certainly worse than the Bulls bench, but they didn't get that memo. They've destroyed this team. Can't even argue with it

I can't agree with Thibs defensive plan this series.. Forget struggling offensively.. Shump and Jones haven't gotten this clean of looks their entire career.. I think they gave LeBron too much individual attention and in turn hurt themselves more.. Jimmy wasn't going to let him get 40 a night, no reason to pack the paint so much and just leave all the shooters. Its been like a shoot around for them the majority of this series.
