As far as being not used to sitting on the bench, he did exactly what you said, sat down and cheered his team on, and I cant believe how someone could say he was sulking on the bench when we all watched the games, and he was a real rick fox, high fives during TOs, clapping for 3 point plays, etc.......the "hard" part was understanding why he was being benched, not actually being benched...

"Don't nothing include Carmelo" and "I ain't been on nobody's bench" is not just bad wording. That is ego. It's bad wording and also ego. Bad wording doesn't include big ego tendencies.

If Brown's interpretating of 'Melo on the bench led to being benched and everything, then why didn't LeBron get that much more minutes? LeBron wasn't lighting it up either. Maybe Brown saw what we all saw...which was Carmelo not playing with the team alot. It was obvious. LeBron, on the other hand, was grasping the team concept. Maybe he noticed how things were in practice. How can you say Brown frowned on Carmelo just because he "supposedly" wasn't jumping up and down more than the others...which is false, becaus 'Melo was jumping around some. And how do you know 'Melo isn't arrogant in oerson as well? Did you meet him? I know I haven't, but how can magicbucks be wrong when none of us know what he is like? So you go by what you see on t.v.

So you say he was doing alot of cheering, contrary to what you said about Brown's interpretation, and yet he doesn't know why he was benched. Brown let it be known. Apparently, Carmelo didn't conform.

                                Two things:

                                1. Larry Brown is as selfish and arrogant as Melo. To take what should have been an internal issue to the media, just to set himself up with the "See what I have to deal with" windfall is disgusting. Melo needs to develop his team game, but that will come. Right now he doesn't know how to do anything but beat his man...reading his teams flow, and being mature enough to defer is just a matter of time.

                                2. BigMike is a pretty intelligent poster for a 17 year old. I thought you would have been much older.
