I thought that was just something LeBron said should happen...prior to signing to a team that already had the number retired and promptly returning to it when he left?

"You really think Kevin Durant's agents, who seemed to be hanging around MSG all season, are not granting them a meeting? Come on." - Frank Isola
This is as much confirmation as I needed, we aren't getting a meeting.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
A real vague tweet from Alex Kennedy suggests there's a FA big man whose list goes
1.Spurs
2.Raptors
3.Cavs
4.Knicks
Based on those teams needs, really does sound like it could be Biyombo. Going to Spurs, where he starts some games as Duncan slowly taking reduced role. Toronto where he'd be backup C(or starting PF if he can somehow make transition), or Cavs where he's for sure their starter.Comment

Per Alex Kennedy
As if this NBA free agency period won't be crazy enough with $94 million cap, notable players are discussing the possibility of teaming up.#RespectTheCultureComment

re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
Anyone who thinks negatively of KD for eating up the courtship attempts by NBA front offices in NY this week, remember one thing. He also has to deal with every NBA player with access to his phone number giving their sales pitch as well. I imagine that would become annoying quick.Comment

Cavs have Biyombo money? Why even pay him if you already paid Thompson.

I know he's connected to Jay Z and all, and he has that 300 mil contract with Nike.
Good reason why the max wouldn't matter as much, as well as more potential endorsements, however i dont seeing him leave. Would be glad to eat those words but yeah, no.Comment
