I think it's fair to say Durant to the Warriors is unique and it's also fair to say you don't think it should bring about change.NFL - Vikings

Dwight complaining again on Mike and Mike
Wanna re-emphasize how happy I am Dwight didn't end up with the Knicks. Even if he didn't get enough touches last year (2nd in post touches, 1st in paint touches per game according to a tweet by Jonathan Feigen), does he not realize that literally NO good will come from bringing all of this up and answering these questions and putting the spotlight on himself? He would've retired midseason dealing with our media.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

Most folk have said this. It's the hypocrites that they have an issue with, as do I.#RespectTheCultureComment

They can lockoutb of they want but they don't have my support on it. Ballmer definitely better not be out there championing for the owners.
..and silver said the cap raise would bring unintended consequnces but they didnt know what they were.
Thing is its your league that decided to sign that massive contract, and the nbapa wasnt about to let the owners pocket all that sough while they stretch the money out to the players over 5 years.
Not after they butt raped the players in the last cbaComment

"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
I'm not sure why Doc would do the proposed trade because their window is short with CP3 and it would make them worse for the upcoming season. I mean, it's not like they're going to beat Golden State, but I would they've moved up spot in the West since OKC lost Durant. It's not like Doc like rookies or draft picks, so why would he trade Blake now?

As a Celtics fan one thing I do like is this:
The Celtics would give up some number of their upcoming draft picks, but opposing front-office members say they don't want to give up either Brooklyn pick Boston can own in the next two years. My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Doc is intent on breaking up what should've been a good thing in LA.
If we're keeping it 100, they're not looking much different than OKC as far as "missed/blown opportunities".
That team was pretty much set up for it to get to the next level and he pretty much kept them at the same level or you could say they got "worse" even though it might not show in their record.#RespectTheCultureComment

There's also this.
Sources indicate the Celtics are very much open to major moves, but while situations certainly remain fluid and they have expressed interest in Blake Griffin and Russell Westbrook in the past, there have been no discussions regarding those players in quite some time.Comment
