If they want to avoid any path that takes them toward a lockout, that should be the last thing they do.

It's funny that he of all people complained that others aren't willing to adjust.

But I will point out the irony and hypocrisy in regards to some of things mentioned though.

Hypocrisy with me? I don't care that KD left, I don't have a problem with it. I just think it's easy to see why people consider this different than what other players have done. We haven't had a situation like this before.

Well, yeah, its different, but people are running around like Chicken Little saying its the end of the League, wanting to crown Golden State NBA Champs for the next 5 years, and wanting to put *something* in place to keep "these things" from happening.

Iggy said now that they have KD he can admit the Thunder were the best team in the playoffs and they should've won the championship....they did things to them they weren't ready for...

Thought that was interesting since I'd take the Cavs in 6 over OKC

But how different does the situation have to be? The argument seems to be "We've had super teams before" vs. "We've never had a 73 win team add a top 3 player".

Why does the difference matter? Of course we haven't had this EXACT situation before, there were a set of circumstances that basically made it impossible at any other time. But what's the solution to stopping something that has never happened before and may never again? If there's a problem to fix, you would think it's the creation of super teams to begin with, not the process of an unrestricted free agent signing a max deal with a team with cap space open.

                    Wich one ?

Because there was somewhat of an irrelevant bad three that he took that totally changed the game. I think it was game 5 or 6. OKC was in control, GS were cold as ****, WB takes a horrible three early in the clock, fastbreak and Klay hits his first three of the game and from that point on it was over.

As for the Durant thing what I don't get is that the same people that mock Lebron for how much help he needs are totally cool with Durant joining GS. I mean that's some insane help.

What would've happened if Lebron had joined Golden state instead of KD after they lost to them in the finals ? He would've gotten some insane hate I think.

It's a bit of an exaggeration by myself because who knows what can happen in basketball....but I think it's they were up like 16 and he rushes a 3 instead of running clock and getting a good shot...I think the Warriors got it down to like 12 by the half after that...maybe less...

but who knows what they could've done with that cushion..

It was Game 6, and then right after Klay went Super Saiyan. Warriors ended up down 5 at halftime, and then they covered the ball in popcorn butter and wore gloves in the 4th while OKC kept throwing the ball away.

Damn so we're talking about the same shot ? That's crazy. It was a shockingly stupid shot though even for WB's standards.

I find it very hypocritical of Silver to make a big deal over KD going to GSW yet everyone looked the other way when Lebron and Bosh formed a "super" team a few years back

Really like that Terrence Jones signing for New Orleans. He can actually finish inside and hit spot up jumpers which makes him 986% better than Asik for a 5th of the price.
