Richardson gives you something very rare also. He's a guard that can post up any other guard, and most SF's, and he rebounds extremely well for a guard also. His perimieter game is very inconsistent but getting better. He has a better mid-range game than Marion. That's always been Marions weakness. He's great at going to the rack, he's great inside, he's had some big years from behind the arc, but his midrange game is lacking.

I don't think the Suns should trade either. Q-Rich, gives you something few teams have, a physical guard, that can post up other guards, and is a strong rebounder, as well as the fact that his perimeter game is getting better.

Marion gives you an athletic, very good defender both on the ball and off, who can really fill it up in the Suns up tempo offense.

Moving either one of these guys would be stupid. Almost as stupid as it is to try to comare the two.
what about joe johnson, do you let him go or re-sign him. Also if we let him go i would be worredi about not having enought shooters.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

If it were up to me I would trade him or do a sign and trade deal.

This should be moved to the Phoenix forum, but whatever.

Anyways...as much as I love both players, Richardson is NOT better than Marion. Marion is in the elite as far as 5 tool players go. The ones around him? Garnett. Kirilenko. Odom.

Richardson is awesome but until he can put up 20 and 10 and play pretty damn good defense, he cant be considered better. Whatever though. Let's focus on the fact that we have BOTH of them, AND Joe Johnson (who is shedding his inconsistency, making it hard for me to decide whether its smarter to keep both or trade one of the three), AND Amare. Our foundation is totally there, and I dont think Q has a problem coming off the bench, seeing as how he's still gonna get a ton of minutes regardless.

We just blew out Jersey by 32 and we have the highest scoring avg. per game in the league so far. If we continue like this, watch out.
