    2017 Offseason Thread

As for not altering his game it's been the same thing. Le-Iso got its name for a reason. LeBron's whole career has been mired with decent to good players looking like trash when they get on his team because his ball dominate style nullifies their strengths. LeBron has had shooters who get to his squad and suddenly can't shoot because his teams always revert to guys standing around with little to know ball movement waiting for LeBron to penetrate and whip a pass in their direction for 48 minutes. We've seen flashes of how good his teams can be when he allows himself to work in an offense and works in the flow of said offense in Miami but it usually always devolved back to Le-Iso offense and guys that should be better aren't because they don't get to form any sort of rhythm. We never talk about this though because people like you get personally offended whenever any sort of attempt to look at what LeBron needs to do better for his team gets brought up and the conversations devolve into sarcastic quips back and forth about LeBron Haters and LeBron Stans.

LOL, what a bizarre thing to report.

"LeBron said meet him after 4th period in the hallway without the cameras"

LeBron: Man, I'm so mad at that dude I could kill him.
Stephen A: SOURCES SAY LeBron has threatened to murder Kyrie Irving.

The funniest thing to me is that Rose said he was looking for max money and signed for 2 mil. Lol

Way more funny that it never came out of Derrick's mouth that he was looking for a max, but an ESPN dude reported that "some close to Rose have told friends he will seek a max contract this summer." Matter of fact, the only thing directly from Derrick's mouth was that money wasn't a priority to him, he just wanted to win. Amazing how you'll run with that but stuff about LeBron has to be Facebook lived by LeBron himself with a notary public present while LeBron holds up a copy of the day's newspaper while standing on a stack of bibles for it to even be close to credible. Ijs

I was only basing it off what was said here....

I wonder if this team can compare to the super team Knicks last year.

Lmao former Bull Eddie Robinson talking about Paxson and the Bulls. He was terrible for us, but this was funny and sadly some truth to it.

Eddie Robinson still has beef with John Paxson. Robinson, former Bull, played in the Big 3 league in Chicago this week.

"I wouldn't want to sit down with Paxson because I'd probably put my hands on him. I was in Pax's office like a bad kid in school. I'm always in the office talking to Paxson about some comments I made in the paper. It's basketball-related. Then he'll try play mind games and be like, 'Did you say this?' Pax, I see you got my quotes highlighted right in front of you. So why would you even ask me a question like that? Course i said it. We don't even need to be in this triangle (offense)."

Robinson on the Butler trade: "They've been trying to get younger since I was a Bull. They still trying to get younger. It's like what do they want, teenagers?"

"Paxson thought me and (new coach Scott) Skiles would clash. I don't think he figured we would clique like we did. We didn't have no problem with each other."

Prior to becoming a Bull in 2001, Robinson would spend each offseason vacationing in his then-wife's native Bahamas. "Ain't no phones working in the Bahamas — they off. So when I get back to Chicago, Pax is mad and heated and talking about he been looking for me. He wanted me to go to big man camp (in Las Vegas) and got my ticket. ... I guess Eddy Curry and Tyson Chandler was going; I didn't know nothing about it. I don't know why you would purchase a ticket for somebody you haven't talked to or spoken about or even mentioned to, and then have attitude about it. And I told him, 'I'll give your money back, how much was it?' He felt some kind of way when I said that, which in my mind I'm just trying to make it right."

Robinson on Paxson's headband rules: "I didn't get that. I think that was just his way of picking at the players. C'mon man, the headband ain't new. I was wearing them in college, I was wearing them in Charlotte. That's a part of game. ... I don't keep them, I throw them and give them away to the kids."

Thanks for making my point. Let's not address what was said but make funny comments instead because how dare we question LeBron's game at all. No he doesn't make ALL teammates worse, but there's a clear pattern of capable shooters that have played on LeBron teams over his career who don't shoot at the level they're capable of when arriving. It is what it is man.

It's not a 'funny comment' but more an accurate observation because you're clearly talking nonsense.
