But, but, but, Lee, Aldridge and Gasol are veterans and it wouldn't be fair to bench one of them.
Bertans and Dedmon should see a ton of minutes or go small against this team.

So, the Rockets are +8 3 pt. FG's, +12 points in the paint and +16 fastbreak points.
The Spurs are letting them score in transition, in the paint and from 3 - point range. Popovich needs to remove his head from his *** with these (so far) terrible rotations.

What do you think Pop even says? I can just see him moving a desk into the locker room while everyone watches, anticipating some crazy moment. And then he just sits in it, moving items around, opening and closing folders, checking the drawers, till the break is over.
Finally he stands up and says, to no one at all, "No one here knew what they were doing for the last 24 minutes. Maybe we know now."

Danny Green should probably sit. Pop is a great coach but sometimes he sticks with his guys too long. Just go with the bench guys and sit half these starters. They aren't getting it done.

Spurs need to move the ball and Kawhi off the ball to get him into some decent spots on the court. Watching him just dribble into all these defenders is ugly as **** and uncharacteristic of Spurs offense. If their game plan is to let Kawhi dribble into double hedges all series long this will be short work.

No, Popovich is a great, great coach but he always - and I mean always - finds a reason to stupidly bench a player (Splitter in '11, Corey Joseph in '15 and now Bertans/Dedmon) that could conceivably help.

Can anybody reasonably explain why bouncing back after drawing contact almost always gets you a whistle but playing through the play is about 50/50? These dudes could get a foul every trip up the court if they can make the shot attempt look awkward enough.
