    If Carter goes West, things can get very interesting when the All-Star votes are announced. Either Kobe, T-Mac, KG, or Duncan will get left off of the Starting 5, and those are arguably 4 of the Top 5-8 players of the league.

                Yeah but SAR can still score and still pick up some rebounds regardless of whether he's a 3 or 4. The only thing Rose seems to be good at now is whining at the refs. Like mentioned above that it simply clears up space is reason enough to get rid of Rose. Even if SAR resigns it won't be close to a max contract which still benefits the Raps.

                        SAR isn't garbage but he's not a max player.

                        I've followed his NBA career from day one since he spent his first 6 years playing for the Vancouver Grizzlies.

                        He's a terrible player in the clutch and still hasn't developed an outside jumper. But what he can do is score down low and rebound the ball. His defence sucks.

                        Either way if the Raps get him they can either try to re-sign him at lower dollars or just use the cap room to get somebody else like Redd.

                                                how does he suck? Sure hes not worth his huge contract, but i can only name a few players that are. As for him being on crappy teams, there is only so much one player can do. I mean he isn't the best player in the world, but hes not complete garbage.
